SECOND MONTH OF PREGNANCY:
So when you enters in the second month of pregnancy your little one starts to develop the tiny nose, mouth and ear.Tiny buds are forming which eventually grows in to the arms and legs. The neural tubes that is brain spinal cord and other neural tissues of central nervous system are well formed. The digestive system and sensory organs begin to develop. The little lungs are now connected to throat with breathing tubes.
In this month the fetus gets its heart beat. The heart is beating now 80 times per minute.
MOST IMPORTANT VITAMIN IN THIS MONTH:
The most important vitamin for this month is Vitamin C. Vitamin C helps the fetus bones to grow correctly and helps to get rid of morning sickness. This vitamin is found in lemon and oranges in abundant amount.
BEST FOOD:
The ideal foods for this month are
eggs
sunflower seeds
vegetables
grains
dairy products
BEST FRUITS:
The best fruits are
apple
banana
oranges
watermelon
guava
As your body is really doing a hard task so gave importance to your self. Take a rest as much as your body needs drink plenty of water or healthy fresh juices. Eat healthy and make sure to use fruits in short intervals.
In this month nausea becomes sever which makes impossible to eat anything. The best solution of this problem is to eat a little at one time and eat different things at short interval of time. This will ease the problem of nausea.
