SEVENTH MONTH OF PREGNANCY:


By the start of seventh of month you enters in the third trimester which is supposed to be the most difficult trimester or stage as your baby is gaining a lots of weight. As the baby grows in size it seems difficult to get adjust in the belly. You feel a lots of movement in this month .

The lungs of your baby is fully developed and they are performing coughing and hiccuping in the womb as a practise or getting prepare for outer world. Their eyes are fully opened and they can see the light coming through the womb.

The baby is already hearing the sounds of your heart beat and breathing and in seventh month they start to hear the voices outside the womb.  At this stage your baby may response on your voice and replay it with the kick.


BEST FOODS FOR THIS MONTH:

        In the third trimester you need 450 extra calories per day because the fetus is gaining the weight. The extra dose of iron is also required almost 27 mg of iron per day to prevent anaemia. The every day intake of calcium should be 1000 gm as it helps your baby to develop the healthy skeleton and  robust bone structure. The amount of magnesium intake should be 350 gm which helps to relax the leg cramps and prevent pre mature delivery. The best foods are

Increase the intake of vitamin C  which is present in citrus fruits it helps the proper absorption of  iron in body. The best fruits are

Some things which you may feel in the start of third trimester is

COLOSTRUM LEAKS:

In the third trimester nipples may leak the colostrum the yellowish liquid which is rich in nutrients it is because your body is preparing for the lactation.

BRAXTON  HICKS CONTRACTIONS:

     It is also known as FALSE LABOR. They are unpredictable  irregular contractions that are last for two minutes. These tightening sensation in the abdomen is not the actual labor but are typical during third trimester . The easiest way to ease this pain is just simply change your position.


 As you are moving towards the end of your pregnancy you may feel many changes in your body and may feel many uncomfortable things like increase urination heart burn and many other body pains.

Every time you feel any pain or discomfort just remind it that in the end you will get the gift of life time your little bundle of joy
