THIRD MONTH OF PREGNANCY:
The third month of pregnancy in which embryo is assigned as a Fetus. It is a period of rapid growth the fetus develops the facial features, limbs, organs and bones.Finger nail and toe nails are beginning to develop and external ears are formed. The beginnings of teeth are also forming.
The 3rd month is also consider as a crucial month as the chances of miscarriage are present as the 3rd months completed it also drops down the chances of miscarriage because the baby is now fully formed and your body is also adjusted according to the new changes.
IDEAL FOODS FOR THIS MONTH:
The best foods for this month are
fortified milk
fiber rich food
fish
beans
chicken
beef
egg
FRUITS
kiwi
berry
oranges
apple
avocado
guava
Keep your self hydrated because your body needs a lots of water for fetus development.
Always make a good check on your body if you notice any irregular symptom or pain just contact your doctor.
Don't go for a self medication even it is just a pain killer used medicines recommended by your gyne.
Do not forget to keep your diet healthy with a good portion of protein fiber and vitamin C in it.
Try to avoid sitting in a same position for more than a 30 minutes just rotate your sitting position after every 15 to 20 minutes.
Make a small walk just around your house to make your self comfortable.
In last there is a myth that if you crave for sweet it will be a girl and if you crave for spices you will have a boy .
