In today's post we will talk about the diet you should eat while you are trying to get pregnant or conceiving. Basically it is all about nutrients. Now here questions arises that what are the nutrients? Nutrition is about eating the food that gives your body what it needs to get healthy and work properly. The main nutrients your body needs are proteins, carbohydrates, healthy fats, vitamins and minerals.

Researchers shows that a diet high in unsaturated fats, whole grains, and legumes, fruits and vegetables,a variety of protein sources and full fat dairy improves fertility in male and females both.

The fruits which you should add in your fertility diet are unpeeled apples bananas , oranges,strawberries,raspberries, mango guava and pineapple

 It is a saying that your diet reflect the rate of your fertility. So if anyone is trying to get pregnant the first step which they take as a couple is to make their diet healthy.
