FIRST MONTH OF PREGNANCY
Pregnancy is divided in to 3 trimesters. each trimester is a little longer than 13 weeks. The first month start the beginning of first trimester.
The most important thing to calculate in pregnancy is the gestational age.
The gestational age is used to measure the pregnancy timing it starts from the first day of your menstrual period LMP. Gestational age is confusing because the pregnancy is measured from the last day from your menstrual period which is basically 3 to 4 weeks before your pregnancy so a full term of pregnancy is lasts for 40 weeks from last LMP which is roughly 10 months.
Now the question arises that what is happening in body during first month?
During the first month of pregnancy several important structures are formed. These structures are a tiny clump of cells, placenta and umbilical cord. A tube that become fetus spinal cord and brain is formed, as well as circulatory system is formed.
Now your body is growing the new human being so you feel tired or bloated.
You have mood swings
You have nausea

Leafy vegetables, fortified whole grains, sweet potato, chicken, eggs and beans.In fruits you must have Apricots, Mangoes, Oranges, Pears, Avocados, Bananas.

Eat healthy food
Drink plenty of water
Stay active and get rest according to your body requirement
In the last i would like to say that do not underestimate your body you are growing a new life new human in you it will make many changes in your body in your looks in your mental health just be confident and be your self.
